One way to achieve this is to allow people to have the information at hand to be able to make an informed decision. After all, why should you pay for someone to fix your device or equipment if all you need to do is restart the device.

A. A broken screen is by far one of the most common repairs that we complete to iPhones. The make and model of your device determines what parts need replacing and how long the repair will take. In some phones for example, the touch screen glass and LCD screen are one piece while on other phones they are individual pieces. Obviously we don't need to replace a part that is affected and similarly, if we find that another part has been affected from the drop, we will offer discounted repairs as the device is already open.
